While we might associate each season with fond memories and fun activities, the reality is often different for the children we serve. We are raising awareness this year about how each season affects children’s social and emotional well-being and their quality of sleep. Though the needs of the children change season to season, the ritual of a loving bedtime and quality night’s sleep are needed every night for a good day.
