She has a strong track record building businesses, driving significant revenue expansion, and creating impactful solutions for organizations across the financial services industry. Debbie brings deep technical expertise in the credit markets, including financial transaction structuring, cash flow modeling, financial product valuation, and risk management and has led cross-functional teams in the delivery of transformational management consulting, accounting, tax and financial analytics services. She is a diversity and inclusion influencer, a leadership developer, and a digital/technology innovation advocate.
Debbie recently earned a Certificate in Corporate Governance, Effectiveness & Accountability in the Boardroom through Northwestern University’s Kellogg Executive Education Program, complementing her insightful knowledge sharing on market volatility at the board level and master-level skills in successful governance as a corporate leader.
Navigating a progressive career history with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Debbie served as Partner for 20 years. During this time, she was co-founder and a key executive leader of the Financial Markets practice serving lenders, borrowers, and investors in capital markets. Debbie led a 400-person team as an innovation enabler and drove an uptick of pipeline opportunities, even during disruptive markets, while remaining intently focused on fostering early and ongoing partner development to ensure bench strength for future PwC leadership.
Throughout the course of her tenure as Partner, Debbie made deep and broad impact across banks, specialty finance companies, mutual fund and hedge fund advisors, private equity firms and insurance companies, where her experiences translate to relevant boardroom discussions.
Debbie served on the board of the Structured Finance Association (SFA) where she remains an active member of the organization and Women in Securitization, an initiative of SFA. She is the Chair of LaunchMe, a 100 Women in Finance Investing in the Next Generation initiative, which strengthens the bridge between young women and the finance industry. Debbie is a CPA and a member of the Banking Committee at the New York State Society of CPAs. She holds an MBA in Finance (97) and an MS in Taxation (95) from Fordham University. Debbie earned her Digital Acumen and Human-Centered Design Badges from PricewaterhouseCoopers. She currently devotes time as a Stony Brook Hospital COVID-19 Vaccination POD Volunteer supporting efforts to administer vaccines safely and effectively.
