Eileen has functioned as the Vice President of McCarthy & Smith since 2000, and she has extensive experience in the construction industry gained in both the Chicago and Detroit markets. Her career path highlights her diverse project management skills from working on a variety of project types and sizes in both pre-construction and construction. She manages the construction and renovation of diverse projects and has been involved with over $1 billion worth of construction throughout her career. In addition to Pajama Program, Eileen also serves as a board member for the Michigan Chapter of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America.
