Nick Berger brings to his position nearly two decades of real estate advisory and transaction experience. He has represented some of the most prestigious corporations across the metropolitan area and nationally in the creation and implementation of their real estate strategies. Mr. Berger has worked with clients at varying stages of the real estate lifecycle and has a deep understanding of their needs. Since the start of his career, he has assisted clients in the leasing, acquisition or disposition of more than 8 million square feet of commercial product.

Active within the real estate community, Mr. Berger is the prior co-chairman of the Real Estate New Leadership Cabinet and a member of the executive committee of the Real Estate and Construction Division campaign for Israel Bonds. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York State and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
Personal Affiliations
Additionally, Mr. Berger co-chairs the Board of Directors of Pajama Program, which provides pajamas, books, and sleep health education to children in the United States. As a volunteer in the Administration for Children’s Services, he spearheaded a weekly reading initiative for underprivileged children and coordinates annual Thanksgiving and winter holiday dinners.
