Ruchi Pinniger is the Founder and CEO of Watch Her Prosper™, an advisory practice that helps small business owners structure and manage their finances and processes. Ruchi has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, most notably as a hedge fund CFO at Credit Suisse. She started her career at a mid-sized CPA firm and then received her CPA license. Before founding RP Business Advisors in 2014, she spent the majority of her career at Credit Suisse, primarily in the Asset Management division. Her areas of focus included P&L, audits, client relationship management, project management, and new fund implementation. During her tenure at Credit Suisse, Ruchi was an active participant in leadership and mentoring programs, and served as a co-chair on the COO committee of the Americas Women’s Network.
In addition to her love for Pajama Program, Ruchi serves on the Board of Directors of the GO Project, a NYC based non-profit. She lives in New York City with her husband and son.
