Pallie Zambrano, Bay Area Co-Chapter President, works full time as an attorney and has lived in California for 20 years. She encourages Northern Californians to get involved with Pajama Program in any way they can, whether through a talent, an idea, a connection, or a donation.
Libby Souter, Bay Area Co-Chapter President, works full time as a finance executive in the software industry. As a busy working mom to a son and daughter, she sought opportunities to give back to the community and pay it forward. She was a long-time volunteer with Pajama Program before she took the opportunity to partner with Pallie as co-chapter president.

Orange County Chapter

Terry Miranda, Orange County Chapter President, is from Frankfurt, Germany and now lives in California with her husband and son. After being surrounded by people who constantly supported her family through tough times, she decided they needed to somehow give back. Terry heard about Pajama Program on the radio and decided to ask guests to bring pajamas instead of toys to her son’s second birthday party. When looking for local organizations to drop off the donations, she saw there was no Orange County Chapter and decided to become a Chapter President.
San Francisco Chapter

Anastasiya Rutus is a Ukrainian native who has been a San Francisco resident since 2014, managing a full-time corporate career and growing a family. She first heard about Pajama Program from a newsletter in early 2016 and felt that providing children with essentials like pajamas and books was an amazing way to give back. Anastasiya took over the San Francisco Chapter in 2017 and has since remained dedicated to helping local Community Partners meet their needs for supporting children of all ages.
