Jill Wilson currently serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Development at Carter’s, the largest branded marketer in North America of apparel and related products exclusively for babies and young children. The company owns the Carter’s and OshKosh B’gosh brands, two of the most recognized brands in the marketplace. These brands are sold in leading department stores, national chains, and specialty retailers domestically and internationally. They are also sold through more than 1,000 company-operated stores in the United States, Canada, and Mexico and on-line at www.carters.com, www.oshkosh.com, and www.cartersoshkosh.ca. In this role, she oversees all aspects of human resources, talent development, benefits and corporate philanthropy. She is also a member of Carter’s Executive Leadership Team and the Compensation Committee.
Jill joined Carter’s in 2009 as Vice President of Human Resources after a long career with Macy’s and The May Company. While at Macy’s for 17 years, she held various senior-level human resources roles including Vice President of Organizational Development and Divisional Vice President of Human Resources. When she left Macy’s, Jill was Group Vice President of Human Resources for Macy’s Central. Jill has extensive experience in a broad range of human resource disciplines to include global talent management, organizational development, learning and development, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition and mergers.
She serves on the Board of Directors of Pajama Program and the Alliance Theatre, and is a member of the Alliance Education Committee and the High Museum Education Committee. She has previously served on the Board of Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Jill is a graduate of Texas A&M University. She is married to Monte Wilson and has three children.
