Jonathan is currently Founder and CEO of Sophia Advisors LLC, a financial and strategic consultancy focused on providing curated, bespoke best in class consulting services to companies, management teams, Boards and stakeholders. Prior to founding Sophia, Jonathan spent 30 years in prominent positions within investment banking assisting private and public companies within the healthcare, technology, consumer and financial services sectors achieve their financial, operational and market positioning goals. He helped raise in excess of $5 billion of growth capital in over 400 distinct transactions in addition to dozens of advisory and consulting engagements.
