Ms. D’Emilio joined Carter’s Inc. in 2006 as Vice President of Sales. In 2013, Ms. D’Emilio was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and 2016 to Executive Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining Carter’s, Ms. D’Emilio was with Calvin Klein Jeans, a division of The Warnaco Group, Inc., in various management positions, including Executive Vice President of Juniors’ and Girls and Vice President of the Women’s Division. Ms. D’Emilio began her career with Liz Claiborne Inc. and also worked for London Fog Industries Inc. and Jones Apparel Group.
