Why Bedtime Routines?
Consistent sleep can change everything. Research shows that children who follow a bedtime routine are more likely to get the healthy sleep they need to thrive at school and in life. We believe a child’s good day tomorrow starts tonight.
Children who participate in our programs learn healthy sleep habits and on average experience 30 minutes more of quality sleep per night.

You can host a pajama folding party in your office with your team. With your sponsorship of $2,500, we will ship you new pajamas, storybooks and provide you with the logistics to package and deliver these essential bedtime materials to our local partners in your community.
