Pajama Program’s Early Childhood Sleep Health Seminar for Educators

At Pajama Program, we understand that a good night’s sleep supports the whole child and is the foundation of academic success and healthy socio-emotional development for children. That’s why we’re excited to announce our upcoming Early Childhood Sleep Health Seminar, presented in partnership with Scholastic.

Research consistently demonstrates the profound impact of sleep on a child’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. From bolstering academic performance to fostering healthy socio-emotional development, quality sleep is the cornerstone of a child’s holistic health. Yet, achieving restful nights can be a challenge for many families, contributing to issues like absenteeism and tardiness in schools.

If you’re a 3K-2nd grade teacher, please join us for an engaging, research-based seminar focused on the critical importance of sleep health. This seminar, designed in accordance with nationally recognized early childhood health and wellness guidelines, aims to equip attendees with the knowledge and tools necessary to cultivate healthy sleep habits in young children.
